Over 21s only admitted into the venue for the brunch.

Table allocations are based on the type of package purchased, with Standard Seating reserved for Standard Packages and VIP Seating resereved for VIP Packages.

If making a large group booking, we advise to make the booking as one purchase so we can accomodate and pre arrange seating for you booking.

If group packages are being purcahsed individually we will try our utmost best to sit you and your group together, please email (Jen@EasyTiger.ae) before the 10th November 2023 to confirm names and bookings so we can allocate your seats with your group. Any requests made after 10th November are subject to availabilty and space.

If a booking has mixed VIP and Standard Packages purchased, then the seating will automatically be placed in the Standard viewing area, however the premium beverages will still be served to the table.

All packages are non refundable.

Easy Tiger is not responsible for any changes of the concerts that may happen.

Easy Tiger is not responsible if you arrive late to the concert and are not allowed inside.

The after race concerts are managed by an external company and they have the right to refuse anyone for being late, drunk, or if the venue is full and not providing access. Easy Tiger will not be held responsible if you are not granted access.

You package is for the the Easy Tiger Experience at Rush to enjoy the F1 weekend on the day that you purchase. Concert Passes are given complimentary by Easy Tiger. Easy Tiger will not refund any packages due to the changes to the conerts.

Easy Tiger has the right to refuse entry to anyone who is drunk, dressed inappropiatly.

Each package purchased will have a unique code. Once the code is redeemed on entrace, this code will no longer be able to be redeemed by anyone else.

Brunch Timings are from 3pm - 7pm only. No refunds, discounts or extensions will be given to anyone arriving late.
It is your responsibility to be of a correct age required for the event. Easy Tiger cannot be held liable and will not refund the booking if the entry to the event is declined for any reason including dress code, age restriction, dangerous or disruptive behavior. Bookings are issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Venue.

Easy Tiger reserves the right to conduct security searches to ensure the safety at the event.

The unauthorized use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited. The Promoter, Venue Management accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury incurred at the event.

Booking information

Once the booking is made online, www.easytiger.ae will digitally issue an Electronic Booking Reference to you sent to you via E-mail.

Electronic Bookings displayed on any of electronic device can be used for the entrance to any type of event. Printed copy also can be shown at the entrance, but it is not mandatory to have it.

In order for Easy Tiger staff to identify the customer it requires 2 of the below items to collect the ticket.

Any type of Electronic ticket with scannable QR Code

National ID or Valid Passport

DISPUTES

All disputes with www.easytiger.ae are settled by negotiations. If there is any dispute about or involving the Site, by using the Site, you agree that the dispute will be governed and construed by UAE law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, or your use of or access to this site, litigation must be brought in UAE Courts without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Refund Policy

Easy Tiger takes an understanding approach to refunds, below rules are applied to all bookings made unless stated otherwise on the booking.

All refunds will be made minus any transaction fees which is charged by the processing bank.

To gain a refund on tickets for a cancelled or rescheduled event please contact us via 0505937977, please make sure to give us your transaction number, ticket numbers, email address, full name and telephone number.
